It is strictly a solo competition. It is open to a wide range of age groups from 6 years to adult and will cover a range of genres so there is something there for everyone! No competition experience necessary.

The entrant must prepare a one minute video of their chosen dance style; Ballet, Modern, Musical Theatre, Ballroom, Latin, Classical Sequence and Freestyle Dance.
