1. Find a wall

2. 4 points of contact with the wall – heels, bum, shoulders, head

Palms flat

Shoulders down

Pull your tummy in Chin up

Long neck

3. Imagine a piece of string attached to the top of your head – pulling you upwards 4. Hold it for a minute

5. Translate this into a typical dance hold (Ballroom Dance hold)
